My background in a large multi-national corporate led me to find my strenghts and work I am passionate about: creating and implementing strategies, developing and driving continuous improvement plans and building effective and dynamic teams.
My direct experince in leading teams and coaching – teams, leaders and managers – has given me great insight into the common challenges that we all face in business.
I had the opportunity to complete my MBS in Organisational Change and Leadership in the IMI. I saw the immense benefits of applying thoretical models and processes to ‘real world’ business challenges. For me this was a game-changer and not only elevated my own leadership ability but that of the leaders I coached.
After leaving the corporate world, I quickly realized the parallels in the challenges that SMEs face and feel passionate about supporting SME owners in helping them make their business thrive and have a clear path of growth to the next level.
